We recognise that parents and carers are a child’s first and most important educators. We will build a strong partnership with you to provide the very best for your child. There will be daily opportunities to talk with your child’s Key Person and other staff as you drop off and collect your child. You will receive daily and weekly updates about what the children have been doing through our whiteboard in the foyer, plasma screen in Reception, Parents Area in the main corridor and newsletter. Progress meetings are held each term to discuss the summary of your child’s progress, achievements and next steps. The on-going dialogue with you is important so that we can work in partnership to promote your child’s learning and development, understand their individual interests and learning styles. This enables us to shape learning experiences and build on what they already know and can do.
